   Our case no 255 dated 28/9/2006 Pran Kaul v/s State of J&K pending before Financial Commissioner (Revenue) of J&K state is pending since last 8 years and without any result even though there is a policy of expeditious review of all petitions of any illegal mutation of Kashmiri Pundits migrated after 1987 due to turmoil in the state in spite of sending petition of CM several times there has been no movement here is the link of the petition given to CM Omar Abdullaha http://ashok-achkan.blogspot.in/2011/12/expediting-case-no-522-dated-2892006.html but there has been no response. We hope with your coming to power you will live upto the expectation of the hope of billion Indians and look into this matter and expedite this case.
